This weather is absolutely depressing. Every day, grey and miserable and the forecast for the next 5 days is rain, grey clouds and more rain. Goodbye Summer. It really is depressing.

Hey Lynn; the weather is just as at my home. How about have a good cup of chocolate, read a good book ( Im jealous of how many book shops there are in Glasgow etc.. much more than here, and its more cheaper too!!) and put up some nice music and then just chill in your sofa:) Thats a lazy good day to recomend ( if you have an hour or two free),or shoot some pictures in the rain, shoot the details of raindrops etc and catch the sound of rain to a vido. Blog about it afterwards:)

Wow, Dark Raven you make me ashamed of my negativity after reading that. Lynn I’d have told you to kick Brian on the shin repeatedly to cheer yourself up. Or put your dog’s full food bowl just out of reach and watch him get all agitated like my cats do. I’d go with Dark Raven’s suggestions!
The weather has made me very depressed as it’s made a leak appear in our roof and now it’ll have to get fixed and I don’t want to spend my hard earned money on crap things like roof tiles.
You should book another holiday.

Tiffany, you don’t know how much I want to go on holiday again. We went to Ibiza for a week and that was great but I don’t really feel like I’ve been away. I need a proper 2 week holiday in the sun. NOW!

I know what you mean Lynn. We’re just back from a week in Madeira, it was amazing, so chilled out and relaxed, I wish we’d stayed for 2 weeks.
I have 3 cats Dark Raven, it wasn’t our intention to have so many but I am a sucker for a poor wee moggy that has a sob story to go with it lol. One was from a homeless family, one was abandoned at a vets practice, and the 3rd has a hernia so noone wanted her.
If there were prizes for going off at a tangent on blogs I’d surely win top prize for this post lol.
I haven’t been to Ibiza yet, to be honest I don;t think I’d be able to handle the constant partying. Although you and Brian spent the holiday chilling didn’t you? Did you go to any clubs?

Tiffany, I am listening to Tiffany on the radio as I type this, anyway, Ibiza isn’t all partying. We stayed at a small, quiet resort with no clubs although it’s all on your doorstep if you feel like a party.

Sounds lovely and chilled. I’d love to get away for a break again this year.

Lynn, just noticed one of your pics of Limmy at the Bay Bar in Ibiza. Did you like it there?
I’m a yearly visitor to Ibiza & make a point of going to the Bay Bar each time. Its ded relaxing with the big mattresses & pillows. I’m just back from there a cpl of weeks ago & the smell of cats piss when sitting on the mattresses was really rank! Thankfully we realised it was coming from a gap in the wall behind. Still moved though as kept getting wafts every now & again.
Apart from that it was lovely. The cocktails are delish & i was even sitting next to Carl Cox a few years back

Hi Jen, yes I thought the Bay Bar was really, really nice. We went to San Antonio 7 years ago and it wasn’t there then.
This year we went to the Bay Bar on our last night and we were shattered so we just had a meal and a few drinks and didn’t get to lounge on the beds but I thought it looked brilliant. I definitely want to go back there, tomorrow. The food was nice too.
